This Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data relating to visitors to helyesvernyomasmeres.hu. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

2. Categories and Purposes of Processing
2.1 Technical Operation and Server Logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider’s systems may log technical data, in particular the IP address, time of visit, URL viewed, browser and operating system type, and response status. The purpose is to operate the website securely, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data may be retained for as long as technically necessary, normally for no more than 30 days, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
2.2 Contact by Email
When you contact the controller by email, the controller may process your name, email address, message content and any other data you provide voluntarily. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and handle the matter. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data are retained until the matter is closed and for as long as necessary for possible legal claims, generally no longer than one year.
2.3 Website Analytics – Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyse website traffic and usage statistically. Subject to the visitor’s consent, the service may set analytics cookies and process information about the device, browser, pages visited, session and approximate location. Google may briefly use the IP address of visitors from the European Economic Area to determine location, but states that it does not log or store it.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Analytics is activated only after consent is given through the cookie settings interface. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by changing the cookie settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. User-level and event-level Google Analytics data are retained for no more than 14 months; certain aggregated statistics may be retained longer.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored in the browser. The website may use the following categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website and language selector to function and to remember cookie preferences; no consent is required.
- Analytics cookies: used for Google Analytics traffic measurement, only with prior consent.

Personal data are disclosed to other recipients only when required by law, requested by a competent authority, or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Transfers to Third Countries
Because Google operates a global infrastructure, personal data may be transferred outside the EEA, including to the United States. Google may rely on applicable adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and where necessary the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request information and access to your personal data, and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be submitted using the email address above. The controller will respond without undue delay and no later than one month.
The website does not use solely automated decision-making and does not carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Remedies
If you believe that processing of your personal data is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
